Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, January 15th. The retreat ends at 2:00 PM on January 17th.

What happens after the retreat?

The retreat is just the beginning. Over the following 12 weeks, you’ll stay connected and supported through weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions with your cohort, Marguerite, and Alyssa. These calls are a dynamic blend of training, accountability, and coaching so you can implement your plan step by step.

You’ll also receive:

  • One private coaching call with Marguerite

  • One private coaching call with Alyssa

  • The option for additional 1:1 coaching at a discounted rate of $100/hour during the duration of the program

Who is the retreat for?

This experience is designed for real estate professionals who want to step away from daily distractions, reconnect with their bigger vision, and create a clear plan they trust themselves to follow. If you’re ready for an intentional reset, strategic clarity, and a supportive cohort of fellow agents to implement alongside, this is for you.

How many people will be there?

We are keeping this intimate: 10 participants max. This ensures everyone receives personal attention, space to reflect, and time to connect.

What’s included in my ticket price?

Your $6,000 ticket includes 100% of lodging and food at the retreat, in addition to the 12 weeks of post-retreat group coaching and training. Here are the details:

  • Retreat Experience:
    Thursday afternoon, Full Day Friday, and Saturday until 2pm at IslandWood

    • Private single-occupancy room for two nights

    • All meals prepared by Islandwood’s staff (chef’s menu with dietary needs accommodated)

    • Coffee/tea service, evening s’mores, and a docent-led nature tour

  • Retreat program & materials led by Marguerite and Alyssa

  • 12 weeks of post-retreat coaching & training (weekly rhythm of accountability calls, implementation support, + trainings)

  • Two private coaching calls customized to your needs — one with Marguerite and one with Alyssa

  • Ongoing community & accountability through your retreat cohort

Additional individual coaching from Marguerite and Alyssa is available during the 12 week period for a discounted rate of $100/hour.

What is NOT included in my ticket price?

Here are the few things that aren’t part of your ticket:

  • Getting to IslandWood – You’ll arrange your own travel to and from the retreat center.

  • Travel insurance – We recommend purchasing coverage for peace of mind, but it’s optional and up to you.

  • Alcoholic beverages – Wine, beer, or cocktails are not included.

  • Extra nights – Lodging is for the retreat dates (evenings of the 15th & 16th) only.

  • Additional coaching – Two private coaching calls are included, one with Marguerite and one with Alyssa. If you’d like more 1:1 support during the 12-week program, it’s available at a discounted rate of $100/hour for the duration of the program.

  • Personal extras – Things like souvenirs, special snacks, or comfort items (yoga mat, favorite blanket, etc.) are up to you.

What will we be doing each day?

Day 1 – January 15: Convening with Intention

  • 4:00 PM | Welcome & Introductions

  • 4:30 PM | Docent-led nature tour of IslandWood’s trails, bridges, and treehouses

  • 5:30 PM | Dinner in the dining hall

  • 6:30–9:00 PM | Intention Setting & Expanding Our Vision

Day 2 – January 16: Connecting with Creativity & Capacity to Grow

  • 8:00 AM | Breakfast

  • 9:00 AM | Morning Sessions: Moving through Resistance & exploring obstacles with compassion

  • 12:15 PM | Lunch & Rest

  • 1:30 PM | Afternoon Sessions: Attracting clients you love, building sustainable plans, and content creation that feels authentic

  • Evening | Group connection activity

Day 3 – January 17: Creating a Success Roadmap

  • 8:00 AM | Breakfast

  • 9:00 AM | Morning Session: Building trust in your roadmap + small group coaching

  • 12:00 PM | Lunch

  • 1:00 PM | Closing Circle: Sharing insights, commitments, and next steps

  • 2:00 PM | Departure

The retreat is just the beginning. Over the following 12 weeks, you’ll meet weekly with your cohort and Marguerite/Alyssa for coaching, accountability, and training. You’ll leave not only with a clear plan, but with ongoing support to make it real.

How do I get there?

From Seattle:

  • By Ferry: 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle to Bainbridge Island, followed by a 10-minute drive.

  • By Car: Drive south to Tacoma, cross the Narrows Bridge, and head north to Bainbridge Island (about 90 minutes).

From Tacoma:

  • Drive directly across the Narrows Bridge to Bainbridge Island (75–90 minutes).

Participants arrange their own transportation. Parking is available at IslandWood.

What should I pack?

  • Warm layers and a waterproof jacket (January = chilly & damp in the PNW)

  • Comfortable clothing (you can leave your power blazers at home)

  • Comfortable shoes/boots for walking trails

  • Indoor shoes/slippers for lodge comfort

  • Notebook and pens (laptop or tablet if you prefer digital notes)

  • Water bottle and travel mug

  • Personal comfort items (yoga mat, cozy blanket, etc.)

What’s the vibe?

Cozy, spacious, and supportive. While we will be covering quite a bit of ground, this isn’t a packed conference schedule—it’s a retreat in nature with time to breathe, reflect, and connect. In addition to instruction time, expect fireside conversations, nourishing food, and an intimate group of peers who are also committed to growth.

What if something unexpected happens?

  • Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified participant with our approval.

  • Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover illness, weather, or other unforeseen events.

What happens after the retreat?

After the retreat, you’ll stay connected and supported through a 12-week coaching and training program. Every week we’ll meet as a cohort for 90 minutes on Mondays, with weekly trainings from Marguerite and Alyssa, homework and troubleshooting with your peers, and coaching support.

What are the dates and times?

Sessions will take place every Monday from January 19 – April 6, 2026, at the same time each week, 9:00am-10:30am. 

What will we cover?

Over the 12 weeks, you’ll learn and practice skills in areas such as:

  • Simple systems for tracking your numbers and progress

  • Branding: what’s hot, what’s not, and what’s next

  • Creating content that converts into clients

  • Listing marketing that sells homes and attracts new clients

  • Building referral networks for consistent income

  • Overcoming resistance and implementation struggles

We’ll deliver these sessions in the order that best matches the group’s needs and flow, and reserve the right to adjust the schedule to the training and educational goals of the group.

Will I get individual support?

Yes, each participant receives:

  • One private coaching call with Marguerite

  • One private coaching call with Alyssa

Additional 1:1 coaching is available for $100/hour during the 12-week period only if you’d like more personalized time with Marguerite and Alyssa. Once our program is over on April 6, their coaching rates return to $250/hour.
