Code of Conduct
It is a top priority for us to create a safe and supportive environment. We ask that all participants commit to upholding the following values:
Respect: Treat all attendees with kindness. Value their perspectives and experiences.
Inclusivity: Embrace diversity in all its forms, including race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience. Ensure that everyone feels welcome and included.
Openness: Encourage open dialogue and constructive feedback. Be receptive to different viewpoints and ideas.
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories or experiences shared during the workshop.
By participating in this workshop, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another qualified participant with our approval. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover illness, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Life happens—illness, weather, or emergencies can interrupt even the best-laid plans. We strongly recommend purchasing a travel or event insurance policy that covers your retreat tuition, travel, and other accommodations in case something unexpected prevents you from attending.
Look for coverage that includes:
Trip cancellation and interruption
Travel delays or missed connections
Illness or injury (including COVID-related)
Lost luggage or personal items
To explore options, you might start with comparison sites such as Squaremouth, InsureMyTrip, or TravelInsurance.com. Each lets you review multiple insurers and coverage types to find what fits your needs. (These are informational examples, not endorsements.)
Group Coaching Sessions
After the retreat, you’ll stay connected and supported through a 12-week group coaching and training program. Every week we’ll meet as a cohort for 90 minutes on Mondays, with weekly trainings from Marguerite and Alyssa, homework and troubleshooting with your peers, and coaching support.
What are the dates and times of the group coaching sessions?
Sessions will take place every Monday from January 19 – April 6, 2026, at the same time each week, 9:00am-10:30am PST.
